摘　　要：近年随着人民生活水平的不断提高,畜禽产品的种类日益繁多,生产的畜禽产品的质量安全问题也日益被国家有关部门监管和重视。畜禽产品质量安全问题事关人民的身体健康和菜篮子工程,应引起相关部门的重视。在每年的“3.15”国家都重点报道打击存在质量安全问题的生产企业和畜牧业养殖环节存在的诸多违法问题,前几年的“三聚氰胺”事件、“苏丹红”鸭蛋事件、“瘦肉精”事件,每一件都牵扯到国人的身体健康,国家越来越重视此类问题的发生,也颁布相关法律予以打击处罚,保障人民的生命身体健康。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the kinds of livestock and poultry products are increasingly diverse,the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products are increasingly regulated and paid attention to by the relevant departments of the state.Therefore,the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products concerns the people's health,concerns the people's vegetable basket project,ought to cause the attention of the relevant departments.On the“March 15th”of each year,the country focuses on the crackdown on production enterprises with quality and safety problems and many illegal problems in animal husbandry and breeding.The“melamine”incident,the“Sudan Red”duck egg incident and the“clenbuterol”incident in previous years are all related to the health of thousands of families.The country also attaches more and more importance to the occurrence of such problems.And also promulgates the relevant law to punish,protect the people's life and health.
