摘 要:为增加学生学习兴趣,提高《牛生产学》课程教学质量,特意进行线上线下混合式教学模式的《牛生产学》案例教学改革。该文以“牛的遗传育种”为例,从案例素材选择标准、案例融合重构以及案例编写方面叙述案例的构思过程,并基于混合式教学模式用此案例进行授课。结果表明此种教学方式能调动学生学习的积极主动性,弥补《牛生产学》课程教学理论联系实际不足的问题,因此基于混合式教学模式的案例教学应用动物科学专业核心课能提高教学质量。In order to increase the interest of students in learning and to improve the teaching quality of“Cattle Production”,the case teaching reform of“Cattle Production”was specially carried out based on online and offline blended teaching model.Taking“the genetics and breeding of dairy cattles”as an example,this paper elaborated the conception process of the case from the aspects of case material selection criteria,case fusion and reconstruction,and case writing.The case was applied to course of cattle production in the blended teaching mode.The results showed that this teaching method could increase the students'initiative in learning and make up for the shortage of combining theory with practice in“Cattle Production”course teaching.Therefore,case teaching based on blended teaching model could improve the teaching quality of animal science major core courses.
