摘　　要：建设精品在线开放课程是促进教育信息化,构建人才培养新模式的有力措施。文章以“病原生物与免疫学基础及临床”精品在线开放课程为例,从课程建设理念、建设目标、建设实践及应用结果几个方面,对课程建设与推广过程中所做的工作进行总结及反思,明确下一步优化建设重点,以期为同行在精品在线开放课程的建设与应用方面提供借鉴与参考。The construction of high-quality online open courses is a powerful measure to promote education informatization and build a new mode of talent training.Taking the excellent online open course of Pathogenic Biology and Immunology Basis and Clinic as an example,this paper sum-marizes and reflects the work done in the course construction and promotion from construction ides,construction goal,construction practice and application results,and clarifies the key points of optimization construction in the next step.It provide reference for peers in the construction and application of excellent online open courses.
