摘　　要：文章旨在探索医疗大数据与科研实践的结合点,从医院电子系统历史数据中提取科研点,以拓究医疗工作者的科研思维,提高其科研工作效率。通过对大数据管理现状、优势、科研模式、数据挖掘分析工具、工作经验等进行介绍,给出了一套医疗大数据与科研实践模式,经实践运用,取得一定成果。该模式可以为临床工作人员进行大数据科研提供理论依据。This paper aims to explore the combination of medical big data and scientific research practice,and extract scientific research points from the historical data of hospital electronic system,so as to expand medical researchers'mind of scientific research and improve their work efficiency.Through the introduction of status quo,advantages,research mode,data mining analysis tools,work experience of big data management,a set of medical big data and scientific research practice mode is presented,which can provide theoretical basis for clinical staff to carry out big data scientific research.It has been applied in practice and achieved certain results.
