摘 要:法医物证学是法医学一门重要的分支学科,其与遗传学、生物学、统计学、法学等相互交叉,内容繁多、涉及广泛。如何提高学生学习效率,是当前法医物证教学模式中存在的问题。文章建议在法医专业学生已具备法医物证学理论知识的基础上,在教学实验之前开展综合性的PBL-CBL法医物证专题课程,通过融合式教学进行教学效果探索。PBL-CBL教学基于具体案例的问题链,通过分组讨论与协作探究解决方案,引导学生从全链条理解法医物证的采样、DNA提取、DNA分型及出具报告等过程,培养学生法医案件分析的逻辑思维,疑难检材破解的科研思维,以期激发学生的探索欲望、提高积极性,从而使其掌握课程内容。Forensic biology is an important branch of forensic medicine and it features diversified content due to much overlap with the disciplines of genetics,biology,statistics and law,etc.Therefore,how to improve the learning efficiency of students is a challenge confronting the teachers.After the students have learned relevant theories of forensic biology,the authors explored PBL-CBL combined method in the course of forensic biology to prepare the students for the upcoming experimental teaching.The PBL-CBL teaching in this course is based on the problem chain of individual cases,and group discussion and collaborative exploration are arranged to help students understand the whole process of sampling of physical evidence,DNA extraction,DNA typing,and report issuance.This combined method aims to cultivate students’ability to analyze cases logically and develop their scientific research thinking to identify difficult samples,which in turn motivate the students to better understand the teaching contents.
