摘　　要：搭建了一种新型的多量程弹道测量系统并设计了相应的混合标定方法。首先,进行了系统方案设计,介绍了具体模块的设计思路;其次,研究了多量程惯性组合的标定方法,在分析了标定原理的基础上建立了相应的误差模型;最后,通过试验验证了系统设计的可行性与标定方法的有效性,该系统可以正确地测量多种量程的加速度和角速度信息,系统性能稳定,数据精度满足要求,具有一定的工程实用价值。A new multi-range ballistic measurement system is built and the corresponding mixed calibration method is designed.Firstly,the system scheme is designed,the design idea of specific modules are introduced.Secondly,the calibration method of multi-range inertial combination is studied,and the corresponding error model is established on the basis of the analysis of the calibration principle.Finally,the feasibility of the system design and the effectiveness of the calibration method are verified by the test.The system can correctly measure the acceleration and angular velocity information of various ranges,the system performance is stable,the data precision meets requirements,and has certain engineering practical value.
