自拟中药增蛋散对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化功能与回肠菌群的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在探究自拟中药增蛋散对蛋鸡生产性能、抗氧化能力以及肠道菌群的影响,选用40周龄大午金凤蛋鸡288只,随机平均分为4组,每组3个重复。分别为空白对照组、0.2%增蛋散添加组、0.4%增蛋散添加组、0.8%增蛋散添加组,饲喂9周。结果表明:饲粮中添加增蛋散可提高蛋鸡产蛋率,降低料蛋比,显著提高鸡蛋的哈夫单位(P<0.05),加深蛋黄颜色(P<0.05);显著提高蛋鸡肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与总蛋白(TP)含量(P<0.05),显著提高血清中谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性(P<0.05),降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),显著降低卵巢、输卵管壶腹部MDA含量(P<0.05),提高蛋鸡输卵管壶腹部的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05);显著提高蛋鸡血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性(P<0.05),显著降低血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性(P<0.05);显著减少回肠中大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05)。说明饲粮中添加自拟中药增蛋散可以提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋鸡抗氧化能力,调节肠道菌群平衡。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of the self-made Chinese medicine egg-adding powder on the production performance,antioxidant capacity and intestinal microflora of lay⁃ing hens.A total of 28840-week-old Dayu Jinfeng laying hens were selected and randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group.They were the blank control group,0.2%egg-adding powder group,0.4%egg-adding powder group,and 0.8%egg-adding powder group,respectively.The ex⁃periment lasted for nine weeks.The results showed that adding egg-adding powder in the diet could in⁃crease the laying rate of laying hens,reduce the ratio of feed to egg,significantly increase the Has⁃telli unit of eggs(P<0.05),and deepen the color of egg yolk(P<0.05);The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the content of total protein(TP)in the liver of laying hens were significantly increased(P<0.05);Significantly increased gluta⁃thione(GSH)activity in serum(P<0.05),signifi⁃cantly decreased malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum(P<0.05),significantly decreased MDA con⁃tent in ovary and ampulla of fallopian tube,and increased T-AOC in ampulla of fallopian tube(P<0.05);The content of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in serum of laying hens was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT)in serum was significantly decreased(P<0.05);The number of Escherichia coli in the ileum was significantly reduced(P<0.05).It indicated that adding the self-made Chinese medicine egg-adding powder to the diet could improve the production perfor⁃mance of laying hens,improve its antioxidant capacity,and regulate the balance of intestinal flora.
