摘  要:针对传统中密度纤维板的甲醛释放问题,以木质纤维为原料,以绿色环保的壳聚糖为粘结剂制备中密度纤维板,研究壳聚糖添加量对纤维板物理力学性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对纤维板的微观形貌与理化特性进行表征。结果表明:壳聚糖的添加可有效提高纤维板的物理力学性能。当壳聚糖添加量为4%时,中密度纤维板的物理力学性能较优,其抗弯强度为15 MPa,弹性模量为1896 MPa,内结合强度为0.64 MPa,吸水厚度膨胀率为15.5%。研究结果可为制备环保型纤维板提供思路与借鉴。In order to solve the problem of formaldehyde release of traditional medium density fiberboard(MDF),in this study,MDF was prepared with wood fiber as the raw material and eco-friendly chitosan as the binder.The effect of chitosan addition amount on the physical and mechanical properties of MDF was studied.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and other analytical and testing methods were used to characterize the micromorphology,physical and chemical properties of the fiberboard.The results showed that the addition of chitosan can effectively improve the physical and mechanical properties of fiberboard.When the amount of chitosan was 4%,the physical and mechanical properties of MDF were better,with the bending strength of 15 MPa,the elastic modulus of 1896 MPa,the internal bonding strength of 0.64 MPa,and the water absorption thickness expansion rate of 15.5%.The results could provide ideas and references for the preparation of environmentally friendly fiberboard.
