摘 要:以竹集成材为原料,开发设计了一款新中式椅,并基于有限元分析技术,利用ANSYS Workbench对该椅进行静力学分析,根据所得位移云图与应力云图,针对竹集成材家具产品“自重”大的问题,对该椅进行轻量化设计。在结构优化设计所得参数基础上,综合考虑椅子的整体造型,以及各部件之间尺寸协调性,最终得到耗材最少、质量最轻、结构最优、具有现代感的竹集成材新中式椅设计方案。Glued laminated bamboo was used as the raw material to develop and design a new Chinese chair.Based on the finite element analysis technology,ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the statics of the chair.According to the obtained displacement cloud map and stress cloud map,aiming at the problem of large"self-weight"of bamboo glulam furniture products,the lightweight design of the chair was carried out.On the basis of the parameters obtained from the structural optimization design,the overall shape of the chair and the coordination between the components were comprehensively considered.Finally,the new Chinese chair design scheme of bamboo glulam with the least consumables,the lightest weight,the best structure,and the modern sense was obtained.
