摘　　要：传统圈椅结构繁复、其制作工艺要求较高,部分结构加工难度大,导致数控机床加工过程效率较低。以圈椅作为研究对象,结合现有数控机床加工特点和实木榫接合技术要求,将圈椅中不适宜数控加工的楔钉榫和直角榫进行结构改造设计,基于新结构建立圈椅几何装配模型,利用有限元分析对圈椅模型进行静力学分析和抗疲劳性能测试。由此验证优化后的圈椅榫卯结构可确保其强度符合GB/T10357.3—2013《家具力学性能试验第3部分:椅凳类强度和耐久性》要求,以期为推进传统家具的数字化进程提供思路。The traditional armchair has complicated structure and high requirements on the process.Part of the structure is difficult to process,and the processing efficiency of the CNC machine tool is low.Taking the armchair as the research object,and combined with the processing characteristics of the existing CNC machine tools and the technical requirements of the solid wood tenon joint,and then the wedge nail tenon and the right angle tenon not suitable for NC processing were redesigned.Finally,the strength of the optimized mortise and tenon structure were verified in order to meet the requirements of the national standard,GB/T 10357.3—2013,The mechanical properties of furniture-Part3:Strength and durability of chairs and stools.This study could provide guidance for the digital process of traditional furniture.
