摘　　要：中医脑髓学说以《黄帝内经》为基础,经历代医家实践经验总结和继承,以王清任系统论述脑髓学说为标志,形成了包括脑髓生成、生理、病机、辨治、用药在内的完整理论,“脑为髓海”“精成而脑髓生”“肾主骨生髓”“脑为元神之府”等重要思想得到继承,但受哲学思想和科学水平的限制,在心脑孰主神明的问题上,“心主神明”仍为主流思想。近现代医家受西方医学影响,“脑当为脏”“脑主神明”理论被不断提出,融合多学科的现代脑髓学说形成。国医大师任继学吸收历代医家脑髓理论精华和道家医学思想,博采众长,提出脑髓太极之象的生成观、脑生细微动觉之气、脑散细微动觉之气、脑髓为五官九窍之司、脑神统御五神脏、脑髓与五脏功能活动相互依存、相互为用、“髓虚毒损”为病机关键等观点,形成独具特色的脑髓学说,对中医脑病学的发展具有相当重要的意义。The theory of human brain in Chinese medicine is based on Huangdi Neijing and it has been summarized and inherited by generations of medical practitioners through practical experience.It is marked by Wang Qingren's systematic discussion of the theory of human brain,and finally forms a complete theory including the generation,physiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and medication of brain marrow.Among them,essential ideas such as"the brain being the sea of marrow,""brain marrow being generated from the convergence of essence,""kidney dominating bone and generating marrow,"and"brain being fu-viscera of mental activity"have been inherited.However,due to the limitations of philosophical thinking and scientific level,"heart governing the mind"is still the mainstream thought on the question of whether the heart or brain governing mind.Under the influence of Western medicine,the theories of"the brain as the viscera"and"brain governing mind"are continuously proposed by modern and contemporary doctors.Therefore,a modern theory of human brain that integrates multiple disciplines has been formed.Ren Jixue,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,absorbed the essence of theory of human brain of doctors of all ages and the Taoist medical thought,and took advantage of the essence of others.He put forward the viewpoints,such as the generation concept of the brain marrow containing the symbol of tai ji,the primordial spirit originating from the essence of the brain marrow,the brain marrow sending the primordial spirit to all parts of the body through the nerves,the brain marrow to govern the five senses and nine orifices,the brain spirit to control the five zang viscera spirit,the interdependence and mutual use of the brain marrow and functional activities of five zang viscera,and the"marrow insufficiency and damage of brain by toxin"as the key pathogenesis of brain disease,which formed a unique theory of human brain.The theory of human brain of Chinese medicine master Ren Jixue has significant implication
