摘　　要：目的研究TRPS1、GATA3在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择徐州市肿瘤医院2019年1月至2020年12月120例乳腺癌手术患者设为研究组,70例乳腺良性病变手术患者设为对照组。比较两组的GATA3、TRPS1阳性表达率,以及不同分型乳腺癌的GATA3、TRPS1阳性表达率。结果研究组的GATA3、TRPS1阳性表达率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。120例患者中Luminal A型45例、Luminal B型34例、HER2过表达型22例、三阴型19例。Luminal A型、Luminal B型、HER2过表达型患者的GATA3阳性表达率高于三阴型患者,Luminal A型患者的GATA3阳性表达率高于HER2过表达型患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同分型乳腺癌患者的TRPS1阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GATA3在Luminal A型和B型乳腺癌中表达率较高,TRPS1在所有分型乳腺癌中均较高表达,可辅助特殊类型乳腺癌及乳腺癌转移灶的诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of TRPS1 and GATA3 in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer surgery in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study group,and another 70 patients with benign breast lesions who underwent surgery were set as the control group.The positive expression rates of GATA3 and TRPS1 were compared between the two groups,and the positive expression rates of GATA3 and TRPS1 in different types of breast cancer were compared.Results The positive expression rates of GATA3 and TRPS1 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Among 120 patients,45 cases were Luminal A type,34 cases were Luminal B type,22 cases were HER2 overexpression type,and 19 cases were triple negative type.The positive expression rate of GATA3 in Luminal A type,Luminal B type and HER2 overexpression type was higher than that in triple negative type,and the positive expression rate of GATA3 in Luminal A type was higher than that in HER2 overexpression type,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of TRPS1 among the four types(P>0.05).Conclusion GATA3 is highly expressed in Luminal A type and B type breast cancer,and TRPS1 is highly expressed in all types of breast cancer,which can assist in the diagnosis of special types of breast cancer and breast cancer m etastasis.
