静脉治疗专科护士核心能力培训在临床工作中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 评价静脉治疗专科护士核心能力培训及对临床工作的效果。方法 采用随机抽样法,于2020年7月从杨浦区中医医院静脉治疗专科20名护士中随机抽取15名护士作为研究对象,发放自制调查表,调查培训前后护士的综合能力、静脉治疗相关知识得分以及临床工作中处理静脉治疗相关并发症的能力。结果 15名学员结业考核成绩均在良好以上,并全部取得结业证书;经过培训,静脉治疗专科护士综合能力的总分及各维度得分、静脉治疗相关知识的总分及各方面得分、处理静脉治疗相关并发症能力的总分及各项得分均较培训前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 静脉治疗专科护士培训有助于提高临床护士的核心能力,可为专科护士的培养提供借鉴和参考。Objective To evaluate the effects of core competence training of specialized nurses on intravenous therapy and clinical work.Methods 15 nurses were selected as research subjects from a group of 20 nurses of the hospital in July,2020 by random sampling method.Self‑developed questionnaire forms were issued,and comprehensive ability,scores of knowledge concerning intravenous therapy,and the ability to deal with complications related to intravenous therapy before and after training.Results The test scores of the 15 trainees upon completion of training were all above the good level,and all of them got their certificates.After training,the total scores of comprehensive ability,scores of various dimensions,the total scores concerning related intravenous therapy knowledge and scores in other aspects,the total scores concerning management of complications in intravenous therapy and other various items scores all obviously increased as compared with those before training,with statisticay significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of specialized intravenous therapy nurses helps to improve the core ability of nurses,and it could provide reference for the training of such specialized nurses.
