摘　　要：目的探讨外周血淋巴细胞亚群在Luminal型乳腺癌中的诊断价值。方法对纳入研究的83例女性Luminal型乳腺癌患者和102例乳腺良性疾病患者,采集新鲜血,然后通过Cytomics FC500流式细胞仪(Beckman-Coulter)检测外周血淋巴细胞,并通过多色流式细胞仪进行聚类。通过受试者操作曲线评估淋巴细胞亚型在Luminal型乳腺癌中的诊断性能。结果与乳腺良性疾病(102例)相比,Luminal乳腺癌(83例)CD19^(+)淋巴细胞亚型数显着升高(P=0.03),而CD8^(+)CD28^(+)(P<0.05)和DC2(P<0.05)Luminal乳腺癌淋巴细胞亚型显着降低。CD19^(+)^(+)CD8^(+)CD28^(+)^(+)DC2淋巴细胞亚型组合诊断的AUC最高,为0.761(95%CI 0.690,0.832,P<0.01)。结论CD19^(+)、CD8^(+)CD28^(+)和DC2联合可能有助于提高Luminal型乳腺癌的诊断。Objective This study aimed to explore the diagnostic value of peripheral blood lymphocytes in diagnosing Luminal BCs.Methods 83 cases of female patients with Luminal BCs and 102 cases of female patients with benign breast disease were enrolled and the fresh anticoagulant blood were collected for the study.The specimens were then detected by Cytomics FC500 flow cytometer(Beckman-Coulter)to distinguish peripheral blood lymphocytes,clustered by multicolor flow cytometry.The receiver operating curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic performance.Results Compared with that of benign breast disease(102 cases),the percentage of CD19^(+)lymphocyte subtype was significantly higher in Luminal BC(83cases)(P=0.03),while the percentages of CD8^(+)CD28^(+)(P<0.05)and DC2(P<0.05)lymphocyte subtypes were significantly lower in Luminal BC.AUC of the combined of CD19^(+)^(+)CD8^(+)CD28^(+)^(+)DC2 lymphocyte subtype was up to 0.761(95%CI 0.690,0.832,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of CD19^(+),CD8^(+)CD28^(+)and DC2 could be suitable for diagnosing Luminal BC.
