学科融合视域下医学汉语学术词表的构建

摘　　要：学科融合是丰富国际中文教育学科内涵、探索教育改革创新的新方向。为促进医学学科与中文学科的深度融合和协同发展,研究基于82本医学专业教材和440篇医学期刊论文,借鉴英语学术词表AWL和AVL的创建方法,开发了一个包含1700个词型的医学汉语学术词表(MCAVL)。检验结果显示MCAVL对医学学术文本的覆盖率达到了29.06%,覆盖水平良好;同时覆盖了BCC科技库12.59%的文本,与文学和微博库不足2%的覆盖率相比具有明显差异,证明该词表主要收录的是学术词汇,有较好的学术代表性。另外,与医学汉语水平考试(MCT)大纲词表相比,MCAVL对医学学术文本的覆盖率高出13.36%,有效弥补了现有医学汉语词表缺少学术词汇的不足。该研究为医学学术汉语的教学和学习提供了资源支持,并为医学学术词汇研究和医学汉语教材编写提供了依据。Interdisciplinary integration is a new orientation for enriching the disciplinary implications of international Chinese-language education and exploring the innovation of educational reform.In order to promote the deep interdisciplinary integration and synergistic development of medical science and the Chinese language,this study has developed a Medical Chinese Academic Vocabulary List(MCAVL)containing 1,700 word types based on 82 medical textbooks and 440 medical journal papers,drawing on the creation techniques of the AWL and AVL.The test results have showed that MCAVL covers 29.06%of the academic medical texts,which is a good coverage level,and 12.59%of the texts in the BCC science and technology corpus.Compare with the literature and microblogging corpus that is less than 2%,MCAVL has proved that this vocabulary list focuses on the collection of academic words with a strong academic representation.Compared with the vocabulary list of the MCT syllabus,MCAVL has 13.36%higher coverage of academic texts of medical science,and can solve the problem of the inefficiency of academic words in the existing Chinese list of medical terms.MCAVL provides language support for teaching and learning academic words of medical Chinese,and a basis for the research of the academic vocabulary of medical science and the writing of Chinese textbooks of medical science.
