摘　　要：新时代高校党建带团建工作的开展可以充分发挥党团联动的优势,在坚持党组织领导地位的前提下提升团建工作质量。但在具体党建带团建过程中,部分高校未对党建带团建这一优良传统予以高度重视,党团之间工作配合机制与评价体系不完善、相关活动中党团之间配合有待优化等问题影响了高校党团工作的顺利开展。对此,高校应提升对党建带团建工作的重视程度,完善党建带团建工作机制,优化相关活动开展中的党团配合,健全党建带团建背景下各项工作评价机制,推动今后高校党团建设工作的顺利开展。In the new era,the development of the work of the Party building leading the League building in colleges and universities can give full play to the advantages of the linkage between the Party and the League,and improve the quality of the League building work under the premise of adhering to the leadership of the Party organization.However,in the specific process of the Party building leading the League building,some colleges and universities did not attach great importance to the fine tradition of the Party building leading the League building.Problems such as the imperfect cooperation mechanism and evaluation system between the Party and the League,and the need to optimize the cooperation between the Party and the League in related activities have affected the smooth development of the work of the Party and the League in colleges and universities.In this regard,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the work of the Party building leading the League building,improve the working mechanism of the Party building leading the League building,optimize the cooperation between the Party and the League in the development of relevant activities,improve the evaluation mechanism of various work under the background of the Party building leading the League building,and promote the smooth development of the work of the Party and the League building in colleges and universities in the future.
