基于“阳化气阴成形”理论探讨特发性肺纤维化的中医证治

摘　　要：特发性肺纤维化(IPF)以细胞外基质在肺间质内大量生成和沉积为主要病理特点,最终导致肺结构和功能丧失,危及生命。中医药治疗IPF具有独特优势,可缓解患者症状、提高生存质量、预防急性发作、延缓疾病进展。该文通过梳理“阳化气,阴成形”理论的内涵,探讨了肺阳虚在IPF发生机制中的重要作用,并提出了温阳益气、化痰祛瘀的中医治疗方法,以期恢复阴阳平衡状态,延缓病情进展。Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) is characterized by massive formation and deposition of extracellular matrix(ECM) in the interstitium of the lung,resulting in loss of lung structure and function,which is life-threatening.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of IPF has unique advantages,which can relieve patients' symptoms,improve their quality of life,prevent acute attacks and delay disease progression.This paper discusses the important role of lung yang deficiency in the pathogenesis of IPF by combing the connotation of the theory of "yang transforming qi and yin forming",and puts forward traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods of warming yang nourishing qi and promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis,so as to restore the balance of yin and yang and delay the progression of the disease.
