针刺十三鬼穴治疗分离性障碍验案1则

摘　　要：分离性障碍是一种由精神因素引起的精神障碍,其临床表现复杂多样,可表现为意识、躯体表现、运动控制方面的异常,多学科会诊有助于确诊,尚缺乏特效的治疗药物。十三鬼穴出自唐代孙思邈《备急千金要方》,常用于精神疾病的治疗。分离性障碍中医可归属于“厥证”,《程杏轩医案》记载:“厥证妇人常有之,其为情志郁勃,致病显然”“情怀不释,肝失条达,血气日偏,阴阳不相顺接,因而致厥”,通过针刺十三鬼穴调理气机、燮理阴阳,使得“阴平阳秘,精神乃治”,配合心理暗示,临床疗效显著,不失为分离性障碍的一种治疗思路。Dissociative disorders is a kind of mental disorder that causes by mental element,its clinical expression is complex and diverse,are characterized by a disruption of and/or discontinuity in the normal integration of consciousness,memory,identity,emotion,perception,body representation,motor control,and behavior,multi-disciplinary consultation conduce to diagnose,still lack the remedial medicaments of special effect.Thirteen mysterious acupoints come from Essential Recipes for Emergent Use Worth a Thousand Gold which was written by Sun Simiao in the Tang Dynasty,it is often used to treat mental illness.Dissociative disorders can be diagnosed as “Juezheng” in Chinese medicine,Medical Case of Cheng Xingxuan records that “Juezheng” is common in women because women tend to be upset which can easy influence physical function to get sick.By acupuncture thirteen mysterious acupoints to adjust the body function,so that the body function back to normal.This treatment method combined with psychological hint has remarkable clinical effect,which can yet be regarded as a treatment for dissociative disorders.
