摘 要:中医经典中蕴含中医临床诊疗的思维方法,最主要是整体观念和辨证论治2个要素。中医骨伤科作为中医学重要学科门类,在研究骨关节及周围筋肉损伤与疾病的过程中应用中医思维可形成独特辨证论治思维模式。但是,目前中医骨伤教学过程中,由于受课程构架、师资队伍等多方面因素的影响,使中医骨伤专业学生在学习成长过程中,中医思维弱化,运用中医辨证论治能力不足等问题,使中医骨伤专业逐渐失去了其特色。因此,此文以紧密结合中医思维模式的中医骨病教学内容为切入点,系统探讨中医骨伤教学中,通过加强中医经典学习、教材与课程建设、师承教育及临床带教等多途径、多形式培养学生中医思维,对培养中医骨伤思维模式,促进中医骨伤科学传承发展提供参考。The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) classics contain the thinking methods of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment,the most important being the overall concept and the two elements of syndrome differentiation.As an important discipline of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and traumatology applies traditional Chinese medicine thinking in the study of bone,joint and surrounding muscle injuries and diseases,forming a unique thinking mode of syndrome differentiation and treatment.However,in the current TCM orthopedics teaching process,due to the influence of various factors such as the curriculum structure and the teaching staff,the students majoring in TCM orthopedics in the process of learning and growth,the weakening of TCM thinking,the lack of ability to use TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,etc.The orthopedic profession gradually lost its characteristics.Therefore,this paper takes the teaching content of traditional Chinese medicine bone disease closely combined with the thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine as the breakthrough point,and systematically discusses the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine bone injury,and explores multiple ways and methods through strengthening the learning of traditional Chinese medicine,teaching materials and curriculum construction,teacher education and clinical teaching.Formally cultivate students' TCM thinking,and provide reference for cultivating TCM orthopedic thinking mode and promoting the inheritance and development of TCM orthopedics science.
