摘　　要：结直肠肿瘤经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)中应用管状吻合器进行消化道重建时,一个关键的技术难点就是如何将吻合器抵钉座置入近端肠管并进行固定。各国学者在遵循无菌操作的前提下,对抵钉座的置入和固定方式进行了有益的探索。本文主要对结直肠肿瘤NOSES术中管状吻合器应用时抵钉座的置入和固定方法予以综述,希望能对临床规范化开展NOSES技术有所启发和帮助。Intracorporeal anastomosis is a major challenge in natural orifice specimen extraction surgery of colorectal tumor,the placement and fixation of the anvil of a circular stapling device can be technically difficult.According to the principle of sterility,scholars from various countries have made beneficial exploration on the placement and fixation of anvil.This article reviews the application of placement and fixation technology of the anvil of a circular stapling device in natural orifice specimen extraction surgery,aiming to enlighten and help the clinical standardization of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery in colorectal tumor.
