健康教育联合优质护理对结核性胸膜炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨健康教育与优质护理联合实施于结核性胸膜炎患者的临床价值及对心理状态的效果。方法 遴选2019年1月~2021年1月内102例结核性胸膜炎患者,用随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51),观察组予以健康教育+优质护理,对照组仅接受优质护理。比较两组患者的临床有效率、心理情绪状态评分[焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)]、治疗依从性、健康知识掌握度、生活质量评分[健康状况调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)]。结果 经护理干预后,观察组临床总有效率明显提高,干预后SAS、SDS评分显著降低,治疗依从率更高,健康知识掌握度评分明显高,且观察组SF-36(躯体疼痛生理职能精神状态、社会功能)评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论 联合开展健康教育与优质护理,有利于提高结核性胸膜炎患者的用药依从性,增强临床疗效,提高健康知识水平,改善焦虑抑郁,提高患者预后、改善生活质量的目的。Objectivee To explore the clinical value of health education combined with high-quality nursing in patients with tuberculous pleurisy and its effect on psychological state.Methods 102 patients with tuberculous pleurisy from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.Referring to the"random number table method",the subjects were divided into control group and observation group,51 case in each group.The observation group was given health education+high-quality nursing,and the control group only received high-quality nursing.The clinical effective rate,psychological and emotional state score[self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)],treatment compliance,mastery of health knowledge,quality of life score[the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)]of two group were compare after intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher,the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower,the treatment compliance rate was higher,the score of health knowledge mastery was significantly higher,and the SF-36(physical pain,physiological function,mental state and social function)scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education and high-quality nursing can enhance the clinical curative effect,improve their cognition of health knowledge,improve anxiety and depression and improve the prognosis and quality of life in patients withtuberculous.
