摘　　要：中枢神经再生是目前医学界研究的难题,随着中医药的不断发展,越来越多的研究证实了中医药治疗在促进神经再生方面效果显著。应用中医药治疗可以改善中枢神经轴突损伤后神经营养因子类物质(NTFs)缺乏的微环境,促进神经再生相关蛋白的表达,有助于神经轴突的再生。本文通过中药单体、中药复方、针灸3个方面对目前中医药治疗促进中枢神经再生的机制进行综述,为今后中医药治疗促进中枢神经再生的机制研究提供新线索,为临床治疗提供有力的证据。Central nervous regeneration is a difficult problem in the medical field at present.With the continuous development of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),more and more studies have confirmed that it has significant effects in promoting nerve regeneration.Studies have found that the application of TCM treatment can improve the microenvironment lacking Neurotrophin Factors(NTFs)after axonal injury of central nerve,promote the expression of nerve regeneration related proteins,and contribute to the regeneration of nerve axons.In this paper,the current research mechanism of TCM treatment of central nervous system regeneration was reviewed from three aspects:TCM monomer,TCM formulas and acupuncture treatment,which provided new clues for the future research on the mechanism of TCM promotion of central nervous system regeneration and strong evidence for clinical treatment.
