摘　　要：目的浅析临床常见的手臂麻木采取肌电图检查的临床价值。方法选择2018年6月至2022年6月就诊于桂林医学院附属医院的手臂麻木患者142例作为研究对象,性别不限,年龄27~82岁,病程5 d~10年。单纯手麻者122例,伴胀痛无力者20例。均给予肌电图诱发电位仪进行检测,并对肌电图检查结果进行分析。结果142例患者中,共有118例患者检出肌电图异常(83.09%),其中腕管综合征103例,肘管综合征7例,颈部神经根损伤及其他8例。伴胀痛无力组正中神经运动传导、针电极肌电图异常率均高于单纯手麻组(P<0.05)。结论临床常见手臂麻木的患者,给予肌电图检查可明确病变分布状况与病因,有一定临床指导价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of electromyography in the diagnosis of clinically common arm numbness.Methods A total of 142 patients with arm numbness admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from June 2018 to June 2022 were enrolled as the research objects,both of sexes,aged 27-82 years,with a course of disease ranging from 5 days to 10 years.There were 122 cases with simple hand numbness and 20 cases accompanied by pain and weakness.The electromyography was performed in all patients,and the results of electromyography were analyzed.Results Of 142 patients,118(83.09%)had abnormal electromyogram,including 103 carpal tunnel syndrome,7 cubital tunnel syndrome,8 cervical nerve root injury and other.The abnormal rates of median nerve motor conduction and needle electrode electromyography in the group accompanied by pain and weakness were higher than those in the group with simple hand numbness(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with clinically common arm numbness,electromyography can clarify the distribution and etiology of the lesion,which has certain clinical guidance value.
