摘　　要：岩画是人类宝贵的文化遗产,它是凿刻或描绘在露天岩石、岩壁或洞窟石壁上的各种图像和符号。岩画在全世界五大洲都有分布。中国岩画研究经过几十年的发展,尽管取得了一定成绩,但岩画仍属小众的专业方向,其原因是多方面的,人才培养方面的不足与局限是其中一个重要的原因,也是急需解决的问题。在当下,中国岩画研究要想发展,必须重视岩画人才的培养,构建岩画人才的培养体系,提高岩画人才的培养质量,形成可持续性和系统性的岩画人才培养机制。在岩画人才培养方面,高校具有不可忽视的作用。Rock art is a precious cultural heritage of mankind.It is a variety of images and symbols painted or carved on cave walls or open-air rocks by ancient people.Rock art can be found on five continents.After decades of development,although some achievements have been made in the study of rock art in China,rock art is still a minority professional direction.The reasons are various,and the shortage and limitation of talents training is one of the important reasons,which is also an urgent problem to be solved.If the research of Chinese rock art wants to develop,we must pay attention to the training of rock art talents,build a training system for rock art talents,improve the training quality of rock art talents,and form a sustainable and systematic talent development scheme for rock art.Colleges and universities play an important role in the cultivation of rock art talents.
