摘  要:在部分能力充足的高速铁路上,开行高铁货物列车运输高附加值货物,能够提高铁路运输企业的经济效益。考虑到高铁客运需求在一天的不同时段具有明显的高峰和平峰,在保证高铁客运需求不受影响的基础上,设置高铁快捷货运列车在不同时段的差异化开行成本,进而按发车时段优化高铁快捷货运列车开行数量和停站方案。建立了一个“空间-时段-开行方案”的三维网络,并定义了该网络中的各种节点、弧段,以及弧段阻抗函数,将列车开行方案优化问题转化为三维网络中的路径选择问题。通过交通流量平衡理论,建立了一个双层规划模型,上层是一个以运输企业效益最大为目标的整数规划模型,下层是一个基于用户平衡理论的流量分配模型。根据模型特点设计了嵌入Frank-Wolfe方法的改进遗传算法对模型进行求解。通过北京-西安高铁走廊的通道能力以及相关参数,对提出模型进行了算例验证,并证实了其有效性。Running express freight trains with high value freight can improve the economic efficiency of the railway enterprise,especially on those high speed railways with sufficient capacity.Considering that the demand for high speed railway passenger transportation has obvious peaks and flat humps at different periods of the day,the differentiated operating costs of high-speed rail express freight trains at different periods are set while ensuring the passenger transportation demand,and the number of high speed railway express freight trains and stop plans are optimized according to the departure time.A three-dimensional network of"space-time-operation"is established,and various nodes,arc segments,and arc impedance functions in the network are defined.The optimization problem of the train operation scheme is hence transformed into a path selection problem in the three-dimensional network.By the user equilibrium theory of traffic flow,a bi-level planning model is established.The upper level is an integer programming model with the goal of maximizing the benefits of transportation enterprises,while the lower one is a flow allocation model based on the user equilibrium theory.An improved genetic algorithm embedded with Frank Wolfe algorithm is further designed to solve the model according to their characteristics.Finally,the proposed model is validated by the concrete transport capacity and related parameters of the Beijing-Xi’an High Speed Railway corridor,and their effectiveness is proved.
