摘  要:本文设计一种便于更换消毒箱的疫情消毒机器人,涉及消毒机器人技术领域,包括履带底盘、保护壳罩、支撑底座、卡槽等结构。通过使用拧动固定孔板上的丝杆可以让丝杆从安装孔中拧出,也方便了消毒箱体下方的卡块和卡槽分离,方便了消毒箱的拆卸;外螺纹管可以从螺纹孔管内部拧出,方便管道的分开,便于维修人员拆卸管道,给维修人员的维修带来了便利,也减少了维修人员时间和精力的浪费,一定程度上提高了维修人员的工作效率。This paper designs an epidemic disinfection robot that is easy to replace the disinfection box,which involves the technical field of disinfection robots,including a crawler chassis,a protective shell,a support base,and a card slot.By screwing the screw rod on the fixed orifice plate,the screw rod can be screwed out from the installation hole,which also facilitates the separation of the clamping block and the clamping groove under the sterilization box,and facilitates the disassembly of the sterilization box.The inside of the hole tube is screwed out,which is convenient for the separation of the pipeline,and it is convenient for the maintenance personnel to disassemble the pipeline,which brings convenience to the maintenance personnel,reduces the waste of time and energy of the maintenance personnel,and improves the maintenance efficiency of the maintenance personnel to a certain extent.
