摘　　要：目的　观察多孔磷酸钙生物陶瓷义眼台植入术矫治眼窝畸形的临床效果。方法　将四条直肌作牵引固定眼球位置 ,剪断视神经 ,剪除角膜 ,彻底清除球内容物 ,从巩膜壳颞上向鼻下剖开巩膜 ,把多孔生物陶瓷义眼台植入肌锥部 ,荷包式缝合后、前巩膜壳。结果　采用此材料和方法矫治眼窝畸形 2 4例 (2 4只眼 ) ,义眼活动良好 ,无并发症发生。结论　多孔生物陶瓷义眼台组织相容性好 ,无毒副作用 ,是理想的眼窝充填材料。此手术方法简单 ,符合眼球生理运转功能 。Objective To observe the clinical effect of porous bioceramics spheres implantation to correct eye socket deformity.Methods Holding the four rectic muscles to fix eyeball.Cutting off optic nerve.Cutting out conea.Clearing away the contents of eyeball.Opening the sclera shell from temporal upper to nasal lower.Implanting porous bioceramics spheres into muscle awl.Suturing the ahead and behind sclera shell.Results 24 cases (24 eyes)of eye socket deformity were corrected by using this material and methods.All cases achieved clinical cured.Conclusions The porous bioceramics spheres have better characters of tissue-suitable,no toxicity and side effect.They are ideal filling material for eye socket deformity.This kind of operation-style is simple and conforming to physiological function of eyeball movment.Achieving demand of plastic and beauty for eye socket.
