摘  要:目的探究叙事治疗团体辅导对大学生自卑感的干预效果及疗效。方法将69名自卑感高于常模的大学生分为实验组(35名)和对照组(34名),实验组接受每周1次,每次2 h,为期8周的团体辅导。对照组在实验干预期间不参加任何团体辅导活动,也不接受任何个体心理辅导。干预开始前和结束后,分别采用自卑感量表、特质应对方式问卷施测,对实验组被试在团体第4周和第8周分别施测团体气氛量表、团体疗效因子问卷。结果8周后,叙事治疗团体辅导可以改善实验组被试的自卑感(F_(时间)=9.875,P<0.01;F_(组别)=4.722,P=0.033)和特质应对方式(F_(时间)=25.445,P<0.01;F_(组别)=14.120,P<0.01)。在追踪效果方面,实验组在自卑感、特质应对方式得分的前测与追踪测差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),后测与追踪测差异无统计学意义,对照组各时间点两两之间差异均无统计学意义。对于实验组,第8周团体成员的投入程度和感知到的希望重塑、安全情感表达、关系影响的觉知、社交学习疗效因子高于第4周(均P<0.01),回避和冲突水平降低(P<0.01)。结论叙事治疗团体辅导对改善大学生自卑感有显著作用。Objective To investigate the intervention efficacy and therapeutic effects of group narrative therapy for inferiority feelings in college students.Methods A cohort of 69 college students who scored below norm by feeling of inadequacy scale(FIS)were randomized into an intervention group(n=35)and a control group(n=34).Participants in the intervention group received group narrative therapy once weekly lasting 2 hours per session for 8 weeks,while those in the control group did not engage in any individual or group therapy.Both groups completed the FIS,trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)before,immediately and at 2 months after the intervention.Participants in the intervention group completed the group climate questionnaire(GCQ)and Therapeutic Factors Inventory(TFI-14)at weeks 4 and 8 of the intervention.Results After 8 weeks,the group narrative therapy significantly improved the inferiority feelings(F_(time)=9.875,P<0.01;F_(group)=4.722,P=0.033)and trait coping style(F_(time)=25.445,P<0.01;F_(group)=14.120,P<0.01)in participants of the intervention group.With respect to follow-up of efficacy,we noted significant differences in FIS and TCSQ scores when comparing the follow-up measurements to baseline values(both P<0.01)but not post-intervention scores among participants in the intervention group;in the control group,no statistical difference in FIS or TCSQ score was noted between when comparing the follow-up measurements to baseline or post-intervention values.For the intervention group,the scores of therapeutic factors including engagement,perceived instillation of hope,secure emotional expression,awareness of relational impact,and social learning were significantly increased at week 8 than those at week 4(all P<0.01),along with significantly lowered scores of conflict and avoidance(both P<0.01).Conclusion Group narrative therapy can be remarkably conducive to improve the inferiority feelings in college students.
