摘  要:为更客观科学评价公路客运枢纽的选址方案,通过构建包含客运需求适应性、枢纽服务范围、工程建设投资费用、旅客需求满足度等指标的公路客运枢纽评价体系,运用基于博弈论的综合赋权法进行指标权重的确定,将集对分析与综合赋权法结合构建加权同一度决策矩阵。最后以石家庄各大公路客运枢纽为例进行综合评价,得出运河桥客运站的站址选择最为合理,同时得出枢纽服务范围、对周边居民的影响、可持续发展空间和旅客需求满足度4个指标对于选址方案评价具有较大影响。证明了该评价方法的科学性,为公路客运枢纽选址评价提供了更为科学合理的理论依据。In order to evaluate the site selection scheme of highway passenger transport hubs more objectively and scientifically,by constructing a highway passenger transport hub evaluation system that includes indicators such as passenger demand adaptability,hub service scope,engineering construction investment cost,passenger demand satisfaction,etc.,the comprehensive empowerment method based on game theory is used to determine the weight of indicators,and the set analysis and comprehensive empowerment method are combined to construct a weighted identity decision-making matrix.Finally,taking the major highway passenger hubs in Shijiazhuang as an example,it is concluded that the site selection of the Canal Bridge Passenger Station is the most reasonable,and the four indicators of the service scope of the hub,the impact on the surrounding residents,the sustainable development space and the satisfaction of passenger needs have a great impact on the evaluation of the site selection plan.This paper proves the scientific nature of the evaluation method,and provides a more scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for the site selection and evaluation of highway passenger transport hubs.
