摘  要:针对量化噪声对微机电陀螺输出的影响,提出了一种基于抖动信号注入的量化噪声抑制技术。通过引入与陀螺模态无关的正弦抖动信号并择取合适的抖动信号幅值,降低了量化噪声在陀螺工作频率处的能量,有效地抑制了陀螺零偏输出中的量化噪声。该方法在蜂巢式微机电陀螺上进行了验证,实验结果表明:施加抖动信号后,系统零偏稳定性提升了3倍,从0.24(°)/h减小至0.08(°)/h,角度随机游走(ARW)从0.0096(°)/h1/2提升至0.0039(°)/h1/2,零偏不稳定性由0.05(°)/h提升至0.006(°)/h。实验效果证明了抖动信号注入技术抑制陀螺噪声的可行性,该方法可应用于其他类似的陀螺控制系统中。A quantization noise suppression technology with dither signal injection is proposed to address the impact of quantization noise on the output of MEMS gyroscopes.The frequency of dither signal is independent of gyroscope modals.With a suitable dither signal amplitude,the energy of quantization noise at the gyroscope working frequency can be reduced,indicating that the quantization noise of gyroscope output has been effectively suppressed.Experiments performed on the honeycomb disk resonator gyroscope have demonstrated the feasibility of this method.With the dither signal,the bias stability has been improved by three times,from 0.24(°)/h to 0.08(°)/h.The ARW is improved from 0.0096(°)/h1/2 to 0.0039(°)/h1/2 and the bias instability is improved from 0.05(°)/h to 0.006(°)/h.The experiment results have demonstrated the feasibility of dither signal injection to suppress gyroscope noise.This method can be applied to other resonator gyroscopes with the similar structure and control scheme.
