摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中细胞凋亡抑制蛋白-2(c-IAP2)表达及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析74例鼻咽癌患者的临床资料,所有均在抗肿瘤治疗前经鼻内镜下采集肿瘤组织标本及癌旁组织标本。免疫组化法检测c-IAP2,比较c-IAP2在肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中的表达水平,以及c-IAP2表达与其临床病理特征的关系;并分析c-IAP2表达与患者预后的关系。结果肿瘤组织内c-IAP2高表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高表达组临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、分化程度低分化及淋巴结转移占比高于低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);74例鼻咽癌患者随访2年,22例复发,复发率为29.73%(22/74);高表达组复发率(36.67%)高于低表达组(0),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论c-IAP2在鼻咽癌组织内呈高表达,其表达与肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度密切相关,且高表达患者复发风险高,c-IAP2或可作为指导临床治疗及评估预后的新参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of cell apoptosis inhibitory protein-2(c-IAP2)and its clinical significance.Methods The clinical data of 74 nasopharyngeal cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed,and all of the tumor tissue samples were collected under nasal endoscopy before antitumor treatment.To test c-IAP2,compare the expression level of c-IAP2 in tumor and adjacent tissues,and the relationship between c-IAP2 expression and clinicopathological features;and analyze the relationship between c-IAP2 expression and prognosis in 2 years of follow-up.Results High expression rate of c-IAP2 was higher than that of tumor tissue(P<0.05);clinical stage-stage,low differentiation and lymph node metastasis in high expression group(P<0.05);22 recurrence rate was 29.73%(36.67%)than low expression group(0)(P<0.05).Conclusion c-IAP2 is highly expressed in NPC tissues,which is closely associated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree,and the high expression patient has a high risk of recurrence.c-IAP2 may be used as a new reference index to guide clinical treatment and evaluate prognosis.
