摘　　要：目的探讨CD16a mRNA在结直肠癌组织中的表达意义。方法选择结直肠癌患者86例,所有入选者均进行CD16a mRNA检测。比较病灶组织与病灶旁正常组织中CD16a mRNA含量,另记录患者性别、年龄、发病位置、病理分型、病理分期、淋巴结转移等临床病理特征情况,分析癌组织中CD16a mRNA表达与上述特征的相关性。结果病灶旁正常肠壁组织中CD16a mRNA含量的△Ct值为(6.28±0.65),高于病灶组织的(5.51±0.46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄、发病位置、病理分型、病理分期、淋巴结转移的患者癌组织中CD16a mRNA表达相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CD16a mRNA表达在癌组织与正常组织中存在较大差异,癌组织中其水平较低,在结直肠癌早期诊断中有一定的应用价值,但CD16a mRNA水平与病理特征无明显相关性,无法判断结直肠癌患者疾病进展情况。Objective To investigate the significance of CD16a mRNA expression in colorectal cancer.Methods 86 patients with colorectal cancer were selected.All the selected patients were tested for CD16a mRNA.The content of CD16a mRNA in the lesion tissue was compared with that in the adjacent normal tissue.In addition,the clinicopathological features such as gender,age,location of onset,pathological classification,pathological stage,lymph node metastasis and the correlation between the expression of CD16a mRNA in cancer tissue and the above characteristics were recorded.Results The △CT value of CD16a mRNA in the normal intestinal wall adjacent to the lesion was(6.28±0.65),which was higher than that in the lesion(5.51±0.46),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of CD16a mRNA in cancer tissues of patients with different gender,age,location of onset,pathological classification,pathological stage and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD16a mRNA in cancer tissues is significantly different from that in normal tissues.The level of CD16a mRNA in cancer tissues is low,which has certain application value in the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.However,there is no significant correlation between the level of CD16a mRNA and pathological features,and it is impossible to judge the disease progression of colorectal cancer patients.
