肌动蛋白骨架蛋白1、铁蛋白与非小细胞肺癌预后的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肌动蛋白骨架蛋白-1(Lasp-1)、铁蛋白(SF)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)预后的相关性。方法选取82例NSCLC患者作为研究对象,80例健康体检者作为健康对照组。比较两组血清Lasp-1、SF水平,分析血清Lasp-1、SF水平与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系,并进行COX回归分析。结果NSCLC组患者血清Lasp-1、SF水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移与否、不同TNM分期、不同分化程度NSCLC患者血清Lasp-1、SF水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟与否、不同性别、不同年龄、不同病理类型血清Lasp-1、SF水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COX回归分析结果显示,淋巴结转移、Lasp-1(≥73.51 ng/mL)和SF(≥315.08μg/L)是影响NSCLC患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血清Lasp-1、SF水平与NSCLC患者生存预后有密切关系,可以作为NSCLC临床诊断和评估预后的参考指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum actin skeleton protein-1(Lasp-1)protein,ferritin(SF)and the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 82 NSCLC patients were selected as the research objects.80 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group.Serum Lasp-1 and SF levels were compared between the 2 groups,the relationship between serum Lasp-1 and SF levels in NSCLC patients and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed,and survival analysis and COX regression analysis were performed.Results Compared with the healthy control group,serum Lasp-1 and SF levels in the NSCLC group were significantly higher(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in serum Lasp-1 and SF levels in patients with lymph node metastasis,different TNM stages,and different degrees of differentiation of NSCLC(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in serum Lasp-1 and SF levels in different genders,different ages,and different pathological types(P>0.05).COX regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis,Lasp-1(≥73.51 ng/mL)and SF(≥315.08μg/L)were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Lasp-1 and SF levels are closely related to the survival and prognosis of NSCLC patients,and can be used as reference indicators for clinical diagnosis and prognosis assessment of NSCLC.
