摘　　要：目的分析直肠经肛门拖出切除术对低位直肠癌的疗效及预后的影响。方法将患者分为研究组(采用直肠经肛门拖出切除术)和对照组(采用腹腔镜下直肠低位前切除术),并比较2组患者的临床疗效等。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量等均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);术后研究组患者血清相关的胃肠动力指标改善情况较对照组更优(P<0.05);术后两组肛门功能及预后情况比较均无差异(P>0.05)。结论直肠经肛门拖出切除术治疗直肠癌的疗效更为显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the of clinical efficacy and prognosis of transanal pull-out rectum resection on low rectal cancer.Methods The research subjects were divided into the study group(transanal pull-out rectum resection)and the control group(laparoscopic rectal low anterior resection),then the 2 groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy and so on.Results The relate clinical indexes in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05);The serum gastrointestinal function indexes in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significance in the anus function and prognosis between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The transanal pull-out rectum resection in the treatment of patients with low rectal cancer is significant,it is worthy of popularization and application.
