摘　　要：党中央把粮食安全作为治国理政的头等大事,提出了粮食安全观和粮食安全战略。粮食安全战略的实施,需要高校加强粮食学科建设,解决中国粮食安全面临的粮食供给紧平衡、粮食生产“卡脖子”、粮食供应链稳定性不足等问题。文章阐述了粮食安全战略下粮食学科建设的新使命、新要求和新机遇,分析了粮食学科建设存在的与时代需要不匹配、学科分散、一流学科建设不足、特色弱化、专业影响下降等问题,并提出了加强顶层设计,立足战略,面向需求,打造特色粮食学科体系,为粮食安全战略提供科研和人才支撑等政策建议。The Party Central Committee has made food security a top priority in the governance of the country and put forward the concept of food security and food safety strategy.The implementation of food security strategy required colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of food discipline,thus solving the problems of the tension between food supply and demand,"stuck neck"in food production,and the lack of stability of food supply chain in China's food security.This paper elaborated the new missions,new requirements and new opportunities of food discipline construction under the strategy of food security,analyzed the problems of food discipline construction such as mismatch with the need of time,scattered disciplines,insufficient construction of first-class disciplines,weakened characteristics and declined the influence of majors,as well as put forward some policy suggestions such as strengthening top-level design,basing on the strategy,facing the demand,building a characteristic food discipline system,and providing scientific research and talent supporting the food security strategy.
