摘 要:研究了复配表面活性剂中聚环氧丙烷(PO)基团数对于界面张力与乳状液稳定性的影响。研究表明,阴非离子表面活性剂的加入有助于改善单一阴离子表面活性剂的耐盐溶解性;随着PO基团数的增加,界面张力先降低后升高,呈现“V”字型。长支链烷基苯磺酸盐与C_(12)PO_(11)S复配体系界面张力可以达到10^(-3)数量级;随着PO基团数的增加,乳状液整体稳定性先升高后降低。长支链烷基苯磺酸盐与C_(12)PO_(11)S复配体系界面张力最低,界面膜强度最差,乳状液失稳速率最快。通过调节复配表面活性剂体系中PO基团的数量,提高协同增效作用,在提高化学采收率方面拥有巨大潜力。The effect of the number of polypropylene oxide(PO)groups in compound surfactants on interfacial tension and emulsion stability was studied.The results showed that the addition of anionic and nonionic surfactants was helpful to improve the salt solubility of single anionic surfactants;with the increase of the number of PO groups,the interfacial tension first decreased and then increased,showing a"V"shape.The interfacial tension of the long-chain branched alkylbenzene sulfonate and C_(12)PO_(11)S compound system reached the order of 10^(-3);with the increase of the number of PO groups,the overall stability of the emulsion first increased and then decreased.The interfacial tension of the compound system of long-chain branched alkylbenzene sulfonate and C_(12)PO_(11)S was the lowest,the interfacial film strength was the worst,and the emulsion instability rate was the fastest.By adjusting the number of PO groups in the compound surfactant system and improving the synergistic effect,it has great potential in enhancing chemical recovery.
