摘 要:针对目前建筑行业劳动力越来越少,劳动者老龄化加剧,墙板尺寸增大,重量加重等问题,设计一款新型墙板机器人,可以代替劳动者完成混凝土墙板或PC墙板的搬运和安装,从而大大降低劳动力需求和劳动强度,还能提高施工效率,避免人员伤亡。分析目前市场上墙板的安装方式和现有墙板安装机的缺点,介绍新型墙板机器人的总体结构和夹持横移装置及墙板的安装方法。新型墙板机器人配备智能夹持横移装置,可完成对墙板的夹持、升降、旋转、横移和俯仰及搬运动作。新型墙板机器人无需人工挪移墙板,可自动完成安装,并安全顺利退出。In response to the current problems of decreasing workforce in the construction industry,increasing aging of workforce and increasing size and weight of wallboards,a new wallboard robot is designed to replace workforce to complete the handling and installation of concrete or PC wallboards,thereby greatly reducing workforce demand and labor intensity,improving construction efficiency and avoiding casualties.The installation methods of wallboards in the current market and the shortcomings of existing wallboard installation machines are analyzed,and the general structure and the gripping and traversing device of the new wallboard robot and the wallboard installation method are introduced.The new wallboard robot is equipped with an intelligent gripping and traversing device,which can complete the gripping,lifting,rotating,traversing,pitching and handling of the wallboard.The new wallboard robot can automatically complete the installation and safe and smooth exit without moving the wallboard manually.
