摘 要:目的探讨转录因子E2F1在口腔鳞癌(OSCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法2018年9月-2022年9月对新疆医科大学第一附属医院颌面肿瘤外科收治的80例口腔鳞癌患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析,同时收集10例癌旁组织标本,通过免疫组织化学技术检测E2F1在80例口腔鳞癌组织和10例癌旁组织中的表达情况,并结合临床病理参数进行相关分析,采用Cox回归分析评估E2F1对口腔鳞癌患者预后的预测价值。结果E2F1在癌旁组织中为阴性表达,在口腔鳞癌组织中为阳性表达,表达具有差异。E2F1强阳性表达与弱阳性表达在T分期、临床分期和生存状态上的差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。E2F1的强阳性表达是预测OSCC患者死亡的独立危险因素。E2F1强阳性表达的OSCC患者与E2F1弱阳性表达的OSCC患者相比预后较差(HR=16.464,P<0.001)。结论转录因子E2F1的强阳性表达是OSCC患者死亡的独立危险因素,提示转录因子E2F1有可能成为评价口腔鳞癌患者预后的一种新型分子标志物。Objective To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of transcription factor E2F1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the case data of 80 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma admitted to Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Oncology Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2018 to September 2022.10 adjacent tissue samples were collected,and the expression of E2F1 in 80 oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 10 adjacent tissues were detected with using immunohistochemistry technology.Relevant analysis was conducted based on clinical pathological parameters.The predictive value of E2F1 in predicting the prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma patients were evaluated with using Cox regression analysis.Results E2F1 was negatively expressed in adjacent tissues and positively expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues with differences in expression.There was a statistically significant difference between strong and weak E2F1 expression in T stage,clinical stage,and survival status(P<0.05).The strong positive expression of E2F1 was an independent risk factor for predicting mortality in OSCC patients.OSCC patients with strong E2F1 positive expression had a poorer prognosis compared to OSCC patients with weak E2F1 positive expression(HR=16.464,P<0.001).Conclusion The high expression level of E2F1 is a risk factor for death in OSCC patients,suggesting that E2F1 may be a novel molecular marker to evaluate the prognosis of the patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.
