摘　　要：高职院校人才培养工作状态数据是学校掌握人才培养质量的主要依据,也是新升格高职院校加强规范建设及内涵建设的重要方式。对新升格高职院校数据采集工作存在问题进行分析,并从数据采集责任制度、采集流程管控、状态数据分析报告、智慧校园建设等方面提出改进建议,以期提高数据采集工作效率,使采集工作更加系统化、规范化。To newly upgraded vocational colleges,the status data of talents training is the main basis for mastering its talent training quality and an important way to strengthen standard construction and inner construction.This paper analyzes the problems of data collection work in newly upgraded vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the data collection responsibility system,collection process control,status data analysis report and smart campus construction,in order to improve the effi ciency of data collection and make the collection work more systematic and standardized.
