摘  要:采用复合酶CP-LT对纯棉黏合衬布进行酶氧短流程退浆前处理,通过单因素试验探讨了复合酶质量浓度、酶液温度、酶堆时间和酶液pH值对棉织物前处理效果的影响,确定了合适的棉织物酶氧前处理工艺条件。通过正交试验优选获得棉织物酶氧前处理工艺的最佳条件:复合酶质量浓度5 g/L、酶液温度45℃、酶堆时间4 h和酶液pH值为7。Take the composite enzyme CP-LT as the pretreatment agent to deal with the pure cotton bonded interling with enzyme oxygen short process.The effects of concentration of compound enzyme,temperature of enzyme solution,time of enzyme stack and pH value of enzyme solution were discussed for the pretreatment of cotton fabric wiht single-factor test,which determining the appropriate enzyme oxygen pretreatment process of cotton fabric.Then based on the orthogonal optimization test,the optimum technological condition of cotton fabric pretreatment with compound enzyme CP-LT was chosed:the mass concentration of compound enzyme is 5 g/L,the temperature of enzyme solution is 45℃,the time of the enzyme pile is 4 h and the pH value of enzyme solution is 7.
