摘  要:木塑复合材料是一种环境友好型的绿色复合材料,因其具有防腐防潮、硬度大、可循环利用等优点,深受国内外木材行业的认可,具有良好的发展前景。在对木塑复合材料进行切削加工的过程中,切削力是影响刀具寿命和加工质量的一个重要因素。为了进一步探究木塑复合材料在切削加工过程中切削力的变化特性,基于方差分析和分形理论,分别研究了木塑复合材料切削加工过程中的平均切削力和切削力信号分形维数,并用二者表征静态切削力和动态切削力,切削力信号分形维数越小,动态切削力越稳定。研究结果表明:静态切削力随切削深度的增加而增大,随刀具前角的增大而减小,随一定范围内木粉质量分数的增大而增大;动态切削力信号分形维数随切削深度的增加而减小,随刀具前角的增大而增大,随一定范围内木粉质量分数的增大而增大。因此,在实际生产过程中,较大的刀具前角、较小的切削深度和适当的木粉质量分数有助于降低能耗,提高切削的稳定性。With the rapid economic development,demands for natural resources have been increased.As one of the most widely used natural resources,wood is experiencing a rapid increase in demand.The shortage of timber supply has become a common problem in many countries around the world.Wood-plastic composite(WPC)material is an environmentally friendly green composite material,which is well recognized as construction material in domestic and international markets due to its advantages of corrosion and moisture resistance,hardness and recyclability,which has extensive development prospects.In order to further analyze the variation characteristics of cutting forces during the processing of wood-plastic composites,this study took wood-plastic composites as the research object and used the three-phase force measuring instrument(Kistler 9257B)and conducted tests on a hydraulic bullhead planer(B665)with orthogonal cutting.The average cutting force and the fractal dimension of the cutting force signal during the cutting process of wood-plastic composites were investigated based on ANOVA and fractal theory by varying the front angles(5°,15°,25°,30°and 40°),the depths of cut(0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7 and 1.0 mm)and wood flour mass fractions(50%,60%and 70%),respectively.The static cutting force and dynamic cutting force were characterized by both of the average cutting force and the fractal dimension of the cutting force signal.The smaller the fractal dimension,the more stable the dynamic cutting force.The results showed that the static cutting force always increased with the increasing depth of cut and decreased with the increasing tool front angle,the static cutting force of WPC with 50%wood flour mass ratio was generally smaller than that of WPC with 60%and 70%wood flour mass ratio.The stability of dynamic cutting force decreased with the increasing depth of cut and increased with the increasing tool front angle,and the dynamic cutting force of WPC with 50%wood flour mass ratio was more stable compared with 60%and 70%wood flour mass rat
