满族传统体育铸牢中华民族共同体意识的价值意蕴与实践路径

摘　　要：满族传统体育内容丰富、来源广泛、功能多样,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识有重要的价值。从体育维度看,满族传统体育有利于强健中华民族共同体成员的身体素质;从社会维度看,有利于促进民族间的交往交流交融;从国家维度看,有利于构建中华民族共有精神家园,三位一体共同铸牢中华民族共同体意识。为了更好地发挥满族传统体育的功能和价值,需要将其重归生活化,强健体魄;进行多种形式的传播,加强各民族互动;讲好中国故事,构筑中华民族共有精神家园。只有充分发挥满族传统体育的三维功能,进行创造性转化和创新性发展,才能使其在铸牢中华民族共同体意识和中国式现代化进程中发挥作用。Traditional ethnic sports have rich content,wide sources,and diverse functions,which have important value in strengthening the sense of Chinese national community.From the perspective of sports,traditional Manchu sports are beneficial for strengthening the physical fitness of members of the Chinese National Community.From a social perspective,they are conducive to promoting communication,exchange,and integration among ethnic groups.From a national perspective,they are conducive to building a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation,and the three in one work together to solidify the consciousness of Chinese national community.In order to better utilize the functions and values of traditional Manchu sports,it is necessary to reintegrate them into daily life,strengthen their physical fitness,conduct various forms of dissemination,strengthen interaction among various ethnic groups,tell the story of China well and build a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.Only by giving full play to the three-dimensional function of Manchu traditional sports and carrying out creative transformation and innovative development can it play a role in building the sense of the Chinese national community and in the process of Chinese path to modernization.
