摘  要:分析枸杞籽油的主要组成及挥发油的化学成分和含量。以超临界CO_(2)提取的枸杞籽油为原料,采用三氟化硼甲酯化法对枸杞籽油进行处理,使脂肪酸甲酯化。利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取枸杞籽油中的挥发油,用GC-MS技术分别对脂肪酸甲酯化样品、挥发油化学成分和含量进行分析。枸杞籽油中共鉴定出22种脂肪酸甲酯化合物,主要为亚油酸甲酯(50.03%)、油酸甲酯(11.19%)、棕榈酸甲酯(7.53%)、亚油酸乙酯(4.82%)、硬脂酸甲酯(3.57%)和二十二烷酸甲酯(2.53%);枸杞籽油在110℃和150℃时得到的挥发组分中,有11种化合物相同,主要是亚油酸乙酯、反油酸乙酯、罗汉柏烯和2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)。枸杞籽中含有丰富的脂肪酸和药用活性物质,具有较高的食药用价值。To analyze the chemical composition and contents of Lycium barbarum Seed oil and its volatile oil.Lycium barbarum Seed oil extracted by supercritical CO_(2) was methylated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS);the volatile components of Lycium seed oil were extracted by using steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.A total of 22 compounds were identified as fatty acids methyl esters,and the main components were(Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester(50.03%),(Z)-9-octadecenoic acid methyl ester(11.19%),hexadecanoic acid methyl ester(7.53%),9,12-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester(4.82%),methyl stearate(3.57%),docosanoic acid methyl ester(2.53%).The volatile fractions obtained fromLyciumSeed Oil at 110℃and 150℃,11 compounds were the same.These were 9,12-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester,(E)-9-octadecenoic acid ethyl ester,cis-thujopsene,2,2'-Methylenebis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol)Lycium barbarum seeds are rich in fatty acids and medicinally active substances,and have a high edible medicinal value.
