摘  要:本文从国家战略和食品安全等角度,阐述了开设农业标准化本科课程的必要性,并对我国农业标准化本科教育现状进行调研,分析了其中存在的主要问题。针对我国标准化本科教学存在的主要问题,提出了采用“标准化+专业”的教学模式和以产教融合的方式开展标准化教学的建议,同时在师资队伍建设、教材编写、课程设计和实训保障措施等方面进行了探讨,以期达到培养标准化思维和提高标准化能力的教学目的。This paper elaborates the necessity of setting up undergraduate courses in agricultural standardization from the perspective of national strategy and food safety.Moreover,the current situation of agricultural standardization undergraduate education in China is investigated and the main problems are analyzed.In view of the main existing problems existing in standardized undergraduate teaching in China,we put forward some suggestions on adopting the teaching mode of"standardization+specialty"and carrying out standardized teaching in the way of integration of industry and education,the construction of teaching staff,compilation of teaching materials,curriculum design and practical training guarantee measures are discussed,in order to achieve the teaching purpose of cultivating standardized thinking and improving standardized ability.
