摘 要:为了解决高能力杠杆式夹紧器在实际工作过程中活塞杆单耳环断裂的问题,采用ANSYS和ADAMS软件对其进行了联合仿真,通过仿真后活塞杆的变位量来判断活塞杆单耳环是否断裂,然后找到断裂原因并进行结构优化,经过优化后活塞杆单耳环断裂问题已得到解决。首先对高能力杠杆式夹紧器的机构原理及自由度进行分析,然后对工件受到的铣削力进行MATLB编程,确定结构受到的负载力。对夹紧器一个完整的夹紧、释放周期进行动力学仿真,绘制出重要杆件的角速度、角加速度的变化曲线。以及在最大负载时,对活塞杆所需的驱动力矩进行动态过程仿真。接着提出了同用同物法,对活塞杆材料进行优化,用SolidWorks软件对活塞杆在静态下的应力、位移进行分析。然后改变活塞杆材料重新进行建模并分析活塞杆的变位量,验证其可行性。结果表明,改变活塞杆的材料,能有效避免活塞杆单耳环断裂情况。研究结果为后续优化设计及工程应用提供有益参考。In order to solve the problem of single-earring breakage of the piston rod during the actual operation of a high-power link clamp,the co-simulation was done to the generator by using the software of ANSYS and ADAMS base the principle flexible body simulation.Determining whether a single earring of a piston rod is fractured by the displacement of the rod after co-simulation.Then find the cause of the fracture and optimize the structure.After optimization the problem of single-earring breakage of the piston rod has been solved.Firstly,the mechanism principle and degrees of freedom of the high-power link clamp device are analyzed.MATLB is then programmed for the milling forces on the workpiece to determine the loading forces on the structure.The dynamics of a complete clamping and release cycle of the clamp is simulated and the variation curves of the angular velocity and angular acceleration of the important rods are drawn.The dynamics of the piston rod at maximum load is also simulated.Then the homogeneous method was proposed to optimize the piston rod material,and the stresses and displacements of the piston rod under static conditions were analyzed using SolidWorks software.The piston rod material was then changed to re-model and analysis the amount of displacement of the piston rod to verify its feasibility.The results showed that changing the piston rod material can effectively reduce the single earring fracture of the piston rod.The results of the study provide useful references for subsequent optimization of design and engineering applications.
