摘　　要：本研究以情感化设计理论为依据,采用问卷与Kano模型对老年患者群体的情感需求进行调研分析,建立用户情感化模型,通过对老年群体反思层、本能层、行为层的需求分析,提出基于情感关怀的设计策略和系统设计方案。以开拓医养结合新模式,尊重老年群体身心特征,为其提供日常化、模块化、全面化的智能医疗就诊服务。Based on the theory of emotional design,this study uses questionnaire and Kano model to investigate and analyze the emotional needs of elderly patients,establishes a user emotional model,and proposes a design strategy and system design scheme based on emotional care through the needs analysis of the reflective layer,instinctive layer and behavior layer of the elderly group.To develop a new model of combining medical and elderly care,respect the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly group,and provide them with daily,modular and comprehensive intelligent medical services.
