摘　　要：当前在项目竞标过程中,除技术方案须满足客户需求外,科研样件的快速交付能力也逐渐成为客户选择项目执行方的重要因素,因此建立建成社会化的机加敏捷供应链及管理能力,对单位发展及行业站位具有重要意义。本文基于单位当前机加供应链管理现状及存在问题,并结合当前当前产线小批量多品种的生产组织特点,分析了原因,实施了供应商分级管理和科研批产分线生产,提出了机加敏捷供应链建设及管理策略,建立了基于精益单元思想的分布式供应链,可以有效提高供应链周转及调度效率。The rapid delivery capability of research samples has become an important factor in customer selection project executive in the current project bidding process.So,the establishment of a socialized mechanical processing agile supply chain and management capabilities is meaningful to the development and industry station of aviation research institute.Based on the problem of management and unit current,this paper considered about the production organization characteristics of small batch varieties of current production lines,analyzed the reason,implemented suppliers graded management and separated research products and physical products,proposed the construction and management strategy of the mechanical processing agile supply chain,established a distribute supply chain based on lean ideology,which effectively improves the supply chain weeks and scheduling efficiency.
