摘  要:高校化学化工实验室作为科研、人才培养和核心关键技术突破的重要场所,其消防安全始终是各高校安全工作的重点。文章以北京化工大学为例,从化学化工实验室消防安全火灾、爆炸事故密切相关的“人的因素、药品及装置、实验室硬件建设、应急管理能力”四个方面出发,分析了实验室消防安全面临的薄弱环节和问题,并利用4R危机管理理论就加强实验室消防安全全过程管理进行了实践性探索。Chemical engineering laboratories are important for scientif ic research,talent cultivation and core technology breakthrough,the f ire safety of which has always been the focus of safety work in colleges and universities.Taking Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the weak links and problems of the f ire safety in laboratories from four aspects,humans,drugs and devices,laboratory facilities and emergency management capabilities,which are closely related to f ire safety and explosion accidents in the chemical laboratory.The paper also uses the 4R Crisis Management Theory to make a practical exploration on strengthening the whole process management of laboratory f ire safety.
