供应链金融趋势下国有企业投融资结构优化研究

摘　　要：在我国供给侧结构性改革、对外开放程度不断扩大的大趋势下,我国经济发展呈现出缓增长态势,国有企业需要在这个竞争激烈的市场中实现高质量的发展。近几年来,供应链金融快速发展,作为能够面向全供应链的系统性金融安排,实现国有企业投融资结构上的优化,为国有企业更好地搭建资金、生产、成本效益业务链条提供了保障,被学术界和理论界所广泛关注。本文就以供应链金融为切入点,对国有企业投融资结构优化进行了深入研究,阐述了供应链金融、国有企业以及投融资的相关概念,讨论了供应链金融对于国有企业投融资的现实意义,提出了供应链金融趋势下国有企业投融资结构优化的具体策略,希望能够进一步促进国有企业在供应链金融环境下更好地实现投融资,促进企业持续稳健运营发展。Under the general trend of China's supply side structural reform and the expanding degree of opening up,China's economic development shows a slow growth trend,and state-owned enterprises need to achieve high-quality development in this highly competitive market.In recent years,supply chain finance has developed rapidly.As a systematic financial arrangement that can face the whole supply chain,it has realized the optimization of the investment and financing structure of state-owned enterprises,and provided a guarantee for state-owned enterprises to better build capital,production and cost-benefit business chains.It has been widely concerned by the academic and theoretical circles.This paper takes supply chain finance as the breakthrough point,and conducts in-depth research on the optimization of the investment and financing structure of state-owned enterprises.First,it describes the relevant concepts of supply chain finance,state-owned enterprises and investment and financing,then discusses the practical meaning of supply chain finance for state-owned enterprises'investment and financing,and then puts forward specific strategies for the optimization of state-owned enterprises'investment and financing structure under the trend of supply chain finance,It is hoped that it can further promote state-owned enterprises to better realize investment and financing in the supply chain financial environment,and promote the sustainable and stable operation and development of enterprises.
