甘南藏族自治州农牧区防雷减灾防御问题研究

摘　　要：根据甘南藏族自治州雷电气候特征和本地农业经济发展情况,就本州农牧区防雷减灾工作现状做出总结,并归纳了农牧区雷电灾害多发的原因。结合工作经验,分别从明确防雷管理职责,落实防雷规划,推进防雷装置的安装和管理,完善农牧区雷电监测网,加强防雷宣传科普几个方面提出相关完善建议,以供参考。According to the lightning climate characteristics and local agricultural economic development in Gannan Prefecture,summarized the current situation of lightning protection and disaster reduction work in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Gannan Prefecture,and points out the existing deficiencies.Based on the work experience,put forward relevant suggestions for improvement from the following aspects:clarifying the lightning protection management responsibilities,implementing the lightning protection planning,promoting the installation and management of lightning protection devices,improving the lightning monitoring network in agricultural and pastoral areas,and strengthening the lightning protection publicity and science popularization for reference.
